This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how we process personal data on the website and in connection with the services of JF, spol. s r.o. It supplements the information under the GDPR (GDPR page).

2.1. Data you provide
- When using the contact form, placing an order or registering for training: name, email, phone, company name, company ID, address, message content. We use these to respond, perform the contract, keep records and invoice (legal basis: contract or legitimate interest).
- When subscribing to newsletters: email. We use it to send information (legal basis: consent). You may withdraw consent at any time.
2.2. Automatically collected data
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, access time) to the extent necessary for the operation of the website, protection against misuse and statistics (legal basis: legitimate interest). We use cookies for the functioning of the site and analysis of traffic; details are in section 5.
III. Retention
Contact and contract data for the duration of the contract and then for the statutory period (e.g. 10 years for tax documents). Data based on consent (e.g. newsletters) until consent is withdrawn. Technical logs as necessary for security (typically a few months).
IV. Sharing and recipients
Data may be disclosed to processors: hosting, e-mail and IT providers, accounting, legal advisers. All processors are bound by data processing agreements and confidentiality. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing. Data are not transferred to third countries outside the EEA unless necessary (in which case we ensure appropriate safeguards).
